My Ex is Manipulating or Alienating my child against me, what can I do?
Parental alienation occurs when one parent actively turns the child against the other parent. Allegations of parental alienation and child manipulation are extremely common and vary in severity, from a parents unwillingness to challenge a child’s refusal to a relationship, to actively encourage and rewarding non engagement.
Signs of Parental Alienation:
– The child suddenly refuses contact with you without valid reasons.
– The other parent speaks negatively about you in front of the child.
– The child shows fear or hostility toward you that seems unnatural.
The child is rewarded for their refusal to engage with the parent
✅ You can apply for a Parenting Order to stop the other parent from manipulating the child.
🔹 ALA Law helps parents fight back against parental alienation through legal action.
