Principal Solicitor – Accredited Specialist Family Law
Amanda is the Principal Solicitor of Amanda Little & Associates. She is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, Mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Collaborative Family Lawyer, Sessional Academic , Public Speaker and Author. She is recognised as a leading business person in Penrith being awarded 2019 Business Person of the Year for Penrith and 2019 Business Woman of the year for Lindsay.
Amanda has been working in Family Law for over a decade and has extensive experience in all facets of Family Law, Wills and Estates, Care and Protection and Conveyancing.
She is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, member of the Family Law Section, member of the Australian Mediation Association and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She is founding Member and board member of Penrith Lady Lawyers, the founder of Penrith Professional Women and Director of The Business Minded Lawyer and The Mediation Centre.
In addition to providing Penrith with excellence in legal advice Amanda also produces academic articles and continuing legal training for other Solicitors. She is als regularly asked to speak at high profile events including Small Business Week and International Women’s day events.
Amanda has a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Communication, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (with Distinction) from Western Sydney University and Family Dispute Resolution (legislative Foundation Knowledge and Skills) qualifications from Bond University.
Amanda grew up and attended school in Western Sydney and is passionate about providing quality and professional legal services to her local area. She also has a community focus and is involved in many community events including the Relay for Life, Red Cross, supporting local sporting teams, supporting autism awareness and fostering the growth of female professionals.
Senior Associate – Accredited Specialist Family Law
Rosemary is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and was admitted as a lawyer in 2007.
Since that time has practised predominantly in Family Law and also in Contested Estates. Rosemary’s specialist experience provides her with the skills to successfully advocate for her clients in many different settings such as the Family Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of NSW, the Children’s Court of NSW and numerous Local Courts.
Rosemary completed her Diploma of Law at Sydney University in 2007 prior to her admission as a Lawyer and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
She is a strong advocate and in addition is able to connect with you and your matter on an individual level, helping you to remain calm and composed during a stressful and difficult period of your life.
Rosemary is a caring child focused family law solicitor and can provide you with realistic advice to help you achieve the most favourable outcome in an amicable manner.
Senior Associate – Accredited Specialist Family Law
Bernadette has over 15 years experience in complex family law matters, being admitted in 2005. She is also an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.
Bernadette is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Bernadette attended the University of Western Sydney to complete her Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Bernadette always focuses on her clients needs, and will lead you through your matter in a caring and considerate way. Whilst she focuses on resolution of matters through mediation and negotiation, should a matter need to go to Court she is experienced in appearing in the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
She is a strong advocate and she will make you confident that your matter is in the right hands.
Dianne was admitted to practice in 1991 and has been practising Family Law for 28 years.
Dianne is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Dianne is also on the legal aid Family law panel.
Dianne holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of New South Wales. Dianne has previously been Managing Solicitor in charge of Elizabeth Evatt Community Legal Centre and has worked at Woman’s legal services. Dianne has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Law matters but particular expertise in relation to domestic violence, child abuse and complex children’s matters.
She is a strong advocate and can provide advice concerning all aspects of family law matters.
Jacinta was admitted to practice in 2006 as a Solicitor. Jacinta is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Jacinta holds a Bachelor of Law from Macquarie University.
Jacinta has extensive experience in all areas of Family Law and Estate Litigation. Having worked in commercial litigation prior to joining the Amanda Little & Associates team, her attention to detail and eye for forensic disclosure, case and litigation planning is unparalleled.

Aimee is a Paralegal who brings a wealth of knowledge to Amanda Little & Associates. She is also a Justice of the Peace.
She has over 18 years experience predominantly in family law and conveyancing, but has also worked in commercial litigation, criminal and debt recovery.
Aimee has worked closely with Counsel over the past 10 years and has an excellent rapport with Counsel and the Courts.
Aimee provides legal support to Amanda and is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws to be admitted as a Solicitor.
