Nicola Ayers has recently joined the ALA Law team. Nicola is a skilled solicitor specialising in Family Law, with additional expertise in Commercial Litigation and Wills and Estates.

Nicola was admitted to practice law in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in early 2018. She has experience representing clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, and Supreme, District, and Local Courts of New South Wales.

With extensive courtroom experience, Nicola approaches litigation in a balanced, practical, and client-focused manner. She is passionate about protecting and defending the rights of those less fortunate and her empathetic and plain English approach differentiates her from other lawyers in her field. Nicola aims to develop and maintain understanding and constructive relationships with her clients to achieve their legal needs.
