Amanda is the Principal Solicitor of Amanda Little & Associates. Amanda has been working in Family Law for over a decade and has extensive experience in all facets of Family Law, Wills and Estates and Care and Protection. She is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, is the 2019 Business Woman of the year for Lindsay and has been nominated for Suburban Lawyer of the Year in the Australian Law Awards 2019
Amanda is also a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner approved by the Attorney Generals Department, a member of the Law Society of New South Wales ,the Australian Mediation Association and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Amanda is also a Lecturer at Western Sydney University, and produces academic articles and continuing legal training for other Solicitors. She is also a founding member of Penrith Lady Lawyers and is a champion for the growth of young female professionals in Western Sydney.
She is on the legal aid panels for Family Law and Care and Protection and appears on a duty basis to assist parents at Campbelltown Children’s Court.
Amanda has a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Communication, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (with Distinction) from Western Sydney University and Family Dispute Resolution (legislative Foundation Knowledge and Skills) qualifications from Bond University.
Amanda grew up and attended school in Western Sydney and is passionate about providing quality and professional legal services to her local area. She also has a community focus and is involved in many community events including the Relay for Life, Red Cross, supporting local sporting teams, supporting autism awareness and is a sponsor of a local multicultural radio station.
Jacinta was admitted to practice in 2006 as a Solicitor. Jacinta is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Jacinta holds a Bachelor of Law from Macquarie University. Jacinta has extensive experience in all areas of Family Law and Estate Litigation. Having worked in commercial litigation prior to joining the Amanda Little & Associates team, her attention to detail and eye for forensic disclosure, case and litigation planning is unparalleled.
Jacinta can provide you with advice in relation to all aspects of Contested Estates and Family Law matters.
Dianne was admitted to practice in 1991 and has been practising Family Law for for 28 years. Dianne is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Dianne is also on the legal aid Family law panel.
Dianne holds a a Bachelor of Law form the University of New South Wales. Dianne has previously been Managing Solicitor in charge of Elizabeth Evatt Community Legal centre and has worked at Woman’s legal services. Dianne has extensive experience all all aspects of Family Law matters but particular expertise in relation to domestic violence, child abuse and complex children’s matters.
She is a strong advocate and can provide advice in relation to all aspects of family law matters.
Aimee is a Paralegal who brings a wealth of knowledge to Amanda Little & Associates. She is also a Justice of the Peace.
She has over 18 years experience predominantly in family law and conveyancing, but has also worked in commercial litigation, criminal and debt recovery.
Aimee has worked closely with Counsel over the past 10 years, and has excellent rapport with Counsel and the Courts.
Aimee provides legal support to Amanda and is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws to be admitted as a Solicitor.
Aimee will be able to assist you with all inquiries in relation to your matter.
Senior Legal Secretary
Luba is our Senior Family Law Legal Secretary with experience of over 25 years.
She is able to assist you with all family law matters and any questions you may have in relation to property settlements, children’s matter or divorce.
Luba also has experience in Care & Protection and provide support to the Principal Solicitor in relation to this work.
Luba is also a Justice of the Peace.
Mikayla in a legal secretary at Amanda Little & Associates. She is also a Justice of the Peace.
Mikayla practices in Family Law and provides paralegal and secretarial assistance to the Solicitors within the office.
Mikayla also previously worked in criminal law firms as a legal secretary and brings a positive disposition to the firm.

Receptionist / Estates Secretary
Alison is the Estates Legal Secretary and Receptionist at Amanda Little & Associates.
Alison has 25 years’ experience in customer service and administration and her friendly disposition will make you feel at ease.
Alison undertakes the administration duties for our estates and litigation team.
Alison enjoys her fast paced role, and interacting with and meeting new people.
Renee undertakes the accounts at Amanda Little & Associates.
Renee has been providing quality services to the clients of Amanda Little & Associates for many years.
Renee undertakes the firms invoicing, trust accounts and book keeping.
